TotoSaja accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank (Maybank2u / MAE), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank Connect, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
All Account Balances are held and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR /RM) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. TotoSaja is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. TotoSaja reserves the right to void any winings and return funds to source if a third-party deposit is identified.

Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations, which may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on network conditions.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Account holders at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to availability. Where this is not technically possible, TotoSaja will process the withdrawal via an alternative verified method registered to the same account holder.
TotoSaja aims to process the majority of DuitNow and FPX withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. eWallet withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network processing times. Withdrawals are processed during operational hours; requests submitted outside these hours may be processed on the next available business day.
TotoSaja reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount exceeds prescribedresholds.
